Assisting with your everyday life
At KaizenCare, our support workers will assist you in your day-to-day activities, including personal care, home maintenance and transportation. We will also support you to develop your social and life skills, including your ability to participate in your community actively.
KaizenCare’s Support Work services will:
Assist you to prepare for travel, accompany you during your travels, and ensure that you return home safely.
Empower you to participate freely in community activities and meet with friends and family.
Support you with your household tasks, including laundry, ironing, meal preparation and organising the house.
Assist you with all areas of personal care while respecting your dignity and privacy.
Empower you to develop life skills for your greater independence, either through one-on-one or group-based activities.
Will it cost me anything?
You will not incur any costs if support work is funded in your NDIS Plan.
If you are unsure whether your NDIS Plan covers you for support work, please discuss at your next plan review meeting to see if you are eligible or not.
